FastCheckinApp is a platform designed for hotels to manage and view reservations. It integrates with third-party booking engines such as HotelRunner and eZee and provides access to guest information for check-in and administrative purposes.
2. Account Registration
To access FastCheckinApp, hotels must register and create an account. Each hotel is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
3. Usage and Responsibilities
Hotels may:
• View, edit, and manage guest reservations
• Create reservations manually
• Export guest data (e.g., PDF, Excel)
• Submit guest data to local authorities (fiche de police)
Users must not:
• Use the app for illegal activities
• Attempt to breach, access, or modify data they do not own
• Share login credentials with unauthorized parties
FastCheckinApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these rules.
4. Fees and Payments
Access to FastCheckinApp is subject to subscription fees. Pricing and payment terms are communicated during registration or onboarding. Continued use requires compliance with the agreed payment terms.
5. Data Handling and Rights
By using the service, you confirm you have proper consent to manage guest data. Hotels are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the system complies with privacy and data protection laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, source code, and software of FastCheckinApp are the intellectual property of the company. Users may not reverse-engineer or replicate the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
FastCheckinApp is provided "as is." While we strive for reliability and security, we are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages resulting from misuse of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved under Moroccan jurisdiction.
